New Healthwatch guides to help you find online information and get started with video calls

Use our new guides to stay connected to friends and family and find information about health and wellbeing services. We'll help you get started with the NHS App, Zoom, askmyGP and more.

Our volunteer co-ordinator Rachel has put together a series of how to guides to help people use apps and other online resources. They're broken down into simple steps to help first time users.

Our guides will help you register for the NHS app or askmyGP to connect to your GP surgery and order repeat prescriptions. You can also learn how to use video calling apps such as Zoom to stay connected with family and friends.
