Healthwatch South Gloucestershire and Hivewatch volunteers undertook the Enter and View visit during March 2019. The purpose of the visit was to understand the experience that a patient with a learning disability would have when visiting Concord.

Healthwatch South Gloucestershire was asked to undertake an Enter and View visit to Elgar Enablement Unit directed by South Gloucestershire’s Health Scrutiny Committee. This took place on 8 October 2018.

3Rs - Exploring People's Experiences of Reablement Services
Healthwatch undertook a 12-month project looking into people's experiences of rehabilitation, reablement and recovery services. This work included a series of enter and view visits, followed by one to one interviews with patients after discharge.
