We can help you find the latest advice on what to do to protect yourself and your loved ones as well as a friendly ear if you are self-isolating and feel cut off and confused.

Healthwatch was set up to find out about patient experiences of health and social care but we have stopped our face-face engagement activities for now and still want to offer a friendly service centred around your needs.

We can put you in touch with community groups, so ring us for a chat if you need some support while self-isolating.

You can call or text us about your health and social care experiences or to access support if you are feeling cut-off from your community.

We're not running any face to face activities so we don't put anyone at risk, but please don't let that stop you getting in touch. Now more than ever we're encouraging you to call us for any help you need finding the right support, information or telling us about your care
