Healthwatch South Gloucestershire Enter and View authorised representatives undertook two Enter and View visits to Beaufort Grange Care Home on different days of the week, and at different times of the day, during September and October 2014.

The purpose of the visit was to find out about the residents’ lived experience of Beaufort Grange Care Home.
