On the 13th of May 2021, our Prioritisation Panel came together to discuss the health and social care issues you've raised, and what Healthwatch South Gloucestershire can do to bring about change.

Many dental practices are not updating their information on the NHS website. The Department of Health and Social Care, NHS England, and Healthwatch are urging dental contractors to review their profiles, to help patients find dental care more easily.

Between the beginning of April and the end of June 2021, we received 138 pieces of feedback on a wide range of health and social care issues. 57% of your feedback was negative, 31% was positive, 10% was mixed, and 2% was neutral.
